The i.D. GAZON roof combines various varieties of grasses for lawns, selected for their suitability for semi-intensive roofing conditions (wind, extreme heat).
The lawn plant cover involves:
- Frequent maintenance, varying in intensity: the aesthetic result may vary in terms of shape and density, depending on the species selected, mowing frequency and level of fertilisation.
- Automated irrigation essential
Vegetal i.D. offers different mixtures of grass varieties (tall fescues, English ryegrass, creeping red fescue, etc.) depending on the constraints of the green roof project (geographical location, roof exposure, desired aesthetic appearance).
The i.D. GAZON roof involves pre-planted rolls. Depending on the desired aesthetic appearance, maintaining the roof may involve more than 3 or 4 visits per year. Activities in addition to normal maintenance are: mowing or scything and mechanical operations for maintaining lawns.
