The roof, planted entirely with HYDROPACK® pre-planted trays, plays a part in how the building is incorporated into its environment, the green roof is displayed to pedestrians using the bridge overhanging the structure, a gentle and natural "fifth façade".
The i.D. MIX-FLORE Montagne green roof contains plants that are particularly well adapted to the mountain climate.
The roofs in the aquatic centre flow in irregular rhythmic sequences mirroring the profile of the mountains glimpsed on the horizon.
